How it works

Purchase full or half
When you place your order, we will provide you with an approximate date when your animal will be humanely harvested. Once a harvest date has been scheduled, we request a $500 deposit. The remaining amount owing will be paid upon the delivery to the butcher. Price is based on hanging weight at $4.00 / lb.

Select cuts of Meat
We deliver the sides of beef to one of several local butchers we work with. You will receive a call from the butcher and discuss instructions for how you want your beef cut. Butchering costs are based on hanging weight and paid directly to the butcher and not included in the payment for the Steer.

Pickup meat from Butcher
The beef will then dry-age to perfection in a climate controlled cooler for at least two weeks. Next, the beef is cut, vacuum packaged and flash-frozen and ready for pickup.
